NAAAP Las Vegas | AAPNHI Heritage & Cultural Healing Workshop

Event Duration: 90-minute Workshop

🌿 ALL ARE WELCOME for an intimate evening of generational healing, honest storytelling, and community connection in honor of Filipino Heritage Month.

Join NAAAP Las Vegas for a transformative evening dedicated to exploring Asian American heritage, identity, and personal growth at The Temple Spa. Whether you were born in the Philippines, raised in the diaspora, or navigating life as a multi-generational Asian American, this gathering is designed as a safe, welcoming container to reflect, connect, and heal together.

Guided by our facilitators, Jorna, Ariana, and Donna, we will bridge generational perspectives through guided journaling, shared stories, and open dialogue around family dynamics, cultural expectations, and reclaiming our authentic paths.

What Awaits You

📓 Guided Journaling & Reflection – Receive a complimentary notebook and pen to reflect through curated prompts focused on generational shifts and cultural identity.

🤍 A Safe, Supportive Container – Participate in meaningful, judgment-free conversations with a 60-second sharing guideline and a "pass-or-proxy" option if you prefer your reflections read anonymously.

🌱 Bridging Generations – Hear real, multi-generational perspectives across mother-and-daughter dynamics, addressing love languages, mental wellness, and breaking old patterns.

🕊️ Closing Breath & Grounding – End the evening with an intentional grounding practice, leaving heavy expectations behind and taking home self-permission and community support.
