The right relationships do more than support you. They increase your visibility, open doors, and accelerate your growth. Some refer to this as “relationship currency,” the trust and connections that help you access new opportunities. At every stage of your career, there are people who guide you, advocate for you, and open doors. These are your mentors, advisors, and sponsors.

The challenge is that most of us are never taught how to find or build these relationships. We are left to figure it out on our own. This interactive workshop is designed to change that. You will learn how to intentionally build a strong support system that helps you grow, gain visibility, and access new opportunities, whether you are building a career, a business, or both. You will walk away with clarity, confidence, and a simple plan you can actually use.
