This event is hosted by NAAAP LV in collaboration with AAPI-led non-profits with a mission to support kids in the Las Vegas valley through STEM and education advancement programs.
Balikbayan Bots empowers Fil-Am and AAPI students, by blending robotics training with a connection to cultural heritage. Our mission is to develop technical skills, inspire innovation, and instill a sense of community pride and responsibility, all while honoring the spirit of "Balikbayan"—the tradition of returning home to give back and uplift our communities.
Shoes For Scholars is passionate about nurturing the boundless potential within every child through the power of education. Our mission is centered on providing essential educational resources and support, enabling each child to flourish academically and grow personally. We envision a world where every young mind has the opportunity to thrive, pursue their dreams, and make meaningful contributions to society. Our commitment goes beyond footwear; it’s about paving pathways to success and transforming lives through learning.
The Las Vegas Chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating, supporting and promoting Asian American leaders through professional development programs, community services engagements, and diverse industry connections.
1. What ticket options are available for the event?
We offer multiple ticket options, including Early Bird and General Admission pricing. Members and non-members have separate pricing tiers, so please select the appropriate ticket when registering. Non-members can also take advantage of the 1-year membership + event admission ticket option to get a discount on this and future events, as well as access to exclusive member benefits.
2. How do I register children for the event?
Children over 12 must be registered with the appropriate Member or Non-Member ticket on the site. Kids under 12 receive a $10 discount, but parents must first purchase the appropriate ticket and then fill out this form. NAAAP LV will process the registration and send an invoice reflecting the discount.
3. Is there a family ticket or group discount available?
At this time, we do not offer family or group discounts beyond the $10 off for kids under 12. Each attendee must register with the appropriate ticket type.
4. Do I need a ticket for my child if they won’t be participating in all activities?
Yes, all attendees, including children, must have a ticket for entry, as proceeds from ticket sales directly support AAPI-led nonprofits.
5. Do I have to pay for parking or additional admission into Area15?
No, parking is free, and there is no additional admission fee to enter Area15.
